It is the Summer of Riesling at Edge Steak and Bar, with hot weather friendly vintages taking center stage all summer long. In addition, the menu has lightened up for summer with new seasonal additions.

Now through September 21, Edge will offer a selection of Rieslings by the glass with prices ranging from $10 to $15, including Dr. Hermann, Mosel, Weingut Gran-Fassian Estate. New summer items include:

·        CRAB-ONARA, Florida Blue Crab, English Peas, Nueske’s Bacon, Lake Meadow Naturals Egg, Dill
