Whole Foods Market Ft. Lauderdale will be celebrating the unofficial start of summer at their FREE Summer Celebration event. There will be food demonstrations throughout the store of all-natural products that are great for the holiday, a drawing for a grilling themed gift basket valued at $125, and live steel drum music in front of the store.
There will also be a Giving Grill held in front of the store. Hamburgers, veggie burgers, chips, soda and ice cream will be sold. All money raised at the Giving Grill will be donated to the USO, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the troops by providing morale and welfare services to men and women in uniform.
WHEN: Saturday, May 29. Food demos and Giving Grill are from 11am to 3pm. Live steel drum music will be from 12pm to 3pm.
