WHO: Chef Eva Millian the runner up in Masterchef Spain will provide her expertise in mixing tradition latin american dishes with a tropical flare. The Sommelier for the evening is world renowned Yamair Pellegrino, the resident sommelier for Steak Brasil . His resume includes prestigious certifications such as Master Wine from La Wine & Spirits Education Trust University of London, Inglaterra and La London University Metropolitan.
