This spring, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, situated directly across from Millennium Park, is in full Bloom with the launch of new floral, spring-inspired amenities and packages to celebrate the start of a new season. Through June 9, Fairmont Chicago’s in-house gastropub, lobby bar, luxurious spa, and guestrooms will all be blooming with glorious flowers and botanicals, bringing the outdoors in, to offer locals and travelers alike a taste of spring.
Adorning seventy-five new flower balls hung from the ceiling, Fairmont Chicago’s lobby bar, THE BAR, and in-house gastropub, Columbus Tap, will offer floral cocktails and botanical beers, including Revolution Rosa, Virtue Rose Cider, and Goose Island SPF. A Bloom prix fix menu will be available in Columbus Tap for $42-47, featuring Spring Lettuce Salad, Seared Chicken Breast, Poached Branzino, and Vanilla Panna Cotta with floral ornaments.
During Bloom, the tranquil onsite spa, mySpa, will greet guests with orange blossom and rose infused water and hibiscus snacks. Guests may also enjoy a seasonal Tuscan Bouquet Sugar Scrub starting at $130 or a Lavender Chamomile Pedicure for $75.
To complete the stay at Fairmont Chicago, guests may book the Bloom Guestroom Package starting at $179/night, which includes a $10/night donation to the Grant Park Conservancy. Fresh, floral bouquets delivered to the guestroom upon arrival are also available as an enhancement for $25. Guests looking to elevate their stay can also upgrade to Fairmont Gold, which will offer guests floral infused water and botanical cookies upon check in.
