South Florida Firefighters to Unveil Scorching 2012 Calendar at Seminole Paradise on August 18

Fourteen new sizzling hotties will fire up Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Thursday, August 18 at 9 p.m., when South Florida Firefighters unveil their 2012 calendar. The hometown calendar hunks will greet fans, pose for pictures and sign the $17 calendars at the alligator fountain near Murphy’s Law in support of Here’s Help, A Safe Haven for Newborns and Friends Forever Rescue charities. The unveiling, presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, will be hosted by South Florida’s own radio and television personality Jade Alexander.

“We are thrilled that Seminole Hard Rock has graciously stepped-up to host our South Florida Firefighters Calendar unveiling for the seventh year,” said Lt. Luis Espinosa, calendar creator and South Florida Firefighters president. “The highly-trafficked Seminole Paradise with its popular selection of nightlife and restaurants is the perfect backdrop to raise awareness for these community charities that are close to our hearts.”

This year’s smoldering centerfolds include Sergio Llorella, Keith Holmes, Javier Valdes, Jeff Sparks, Robert Alsopp and Gary Hough from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue; Elvis Ramirez and Raul Gabino from the City of Miami Fire Rescue; Samael Tejada from the City of Oakland Park Fire Rescue; Nathan Morris from the City of Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue; Oscar Castillo from the Seminole Tribe Fire Rescue; Bryan Lavenka from the City of Miramar Fire Rescue; Jerry Backer from the City of Hollywood Fire Rescue and Luke Latham from Martin County Fire Rescue.

Seminole Paradise patrons can help fuel the charitable fan fire with “Red Hot” cocktails exclusively available at Murphy’s Law Irish Pub. A portion of the select cocktail’s proceeds will help to support the charities.

Founded in 1992 by firefighter and actor/model Luis Espinosa, the South Florida Firefighters Calendar has helped raise awareness about important community issues. To date the non-profit organization has raised over $240,000 to benefit charities such as the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, Habitat for Humanity’s Hurricane Andrew Fund, Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities, Neighbors 4 Neighbors, Best Buddies, Cystic Fibrosis, A Safe Haven for Newborns and Here’s Help.
