A concept brought to fruition by the collective experience, training, imagination and creation of Alexander Ringleb, Vice Lounge Miami announces today the launch of their three-day supper club party, Soirée. Every Thursday through Saturday guests can make reservations from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. in the forty-seat, second floor pop-up concept. A special a la carte menu inspired by a fusion of European and American fare will offer tableside service and pay homage to Ringleb’s years of training at coveted Miami restaurants like Casa Tua, ViVi’s, Casa Casuarina, and DeVito’s South Beach.
After dinner, tables will be removed and guests will seamlessly transition to the second half of this two-part experience as Vice Lounge Miami comes to life.
Debuting June 18, 2011, Soirée’s a la carte menu will include items such as Oysters Rockefeller; Burrata & Campari Tomato Salad; Slow-Braised Lamb Shank; Linguine Vongole; and Chocolate Fondue with Raw Bar items including Blue Point Oysters; Osetra Caviar; Tuna Tartare; and Alaskan King Crab Legs.
Vice Lounge Miami brings to South Beach a unique take on what has been dubbed traditional Miami nightlife. Set in more than 7,800-square-feet of turn-of-the-century design, the lounge incorporates a full-service menu. The café/lounge concept is located at 330 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Fla. and is open Thursday through Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and Monday through Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. for happy hour with private bookings available Sunday through Wednesday – a full extended and customized menu is also available upon request.
