It started in 2006,when Zohreh Edhebiimi crafted authentic Halal Persian dishes in her kitchen, initially to support the Ershad Center Mosque. The overwhelming response led to the establishment of their first official restaurant, close to the inspiring mosque.
Shahs of Kabob is proud to have top chefs like Chef Mohammed Ali Asgari, who started his culinary journey in Iran before expanding to New York, where he established five successful locations. With culinary experience spanning Canada, Dubai, and beyond, Chef Mohammed Ali specializes in creating the finest Halal Persian kabobs. Together with Zohreh Edhebiimi, They focus on Mediterranean-inspired, healthy food served quickly in a casual setting, making it one of Florida’s fastest-growing places to eat.
