SECRET GARDEN LAUNCHES AN EXPLOSIVE IMMERSIVE POP-UP PARTY MUSEUM THIS INDEPENDENCE DAY WEEKEND

Available for one weekend only launching July 04, 2019, Superchief Gallery Miami is bringing a collaboration of the ages as they team up with ARTECHOUSE. This multi-day event meets both art and music worlds, with unique presentations daily. The immersive one-of-a-kind space transforms into a multi-sensory treasure trove of sights and sounds Secret Garden named the PARTY MUSEUM. This immersive installment by Francesco Lo Castro was curated from the concept of base reality, diving into and breaking through multiple layers of reality. With his largest single indoor installation to date, Lo Castro invites the audience to delve into a world of sound, animation and larger-than-life sculpture to ponder the nature and scope of the real.

In association with Secret Garden, Superchief Gallery and Juxtapoz Magazine as media sponsors have curated a line-up of artists featuring some of the most notable acts in visual arts and music. The Party Museum will be hosting large-scale installations where each secret room will host unique pieces and immersive art. This year’s artist lineup features some of the most notable acts in visual arts who will be collaborating with us to create an out-of-this-world experience. Not only will guests be able to explore multiple rooms converted by talented artists that were joined together by Superchief Gallery and Juxtapoz Magazine, but featuring artists will also be performing in art battles through the installations.

“At its center lies a drive to recollect and arrest memories, marked by displacement and loss, as well as a future-forward aesthetic that dares to question the boundaries of biology and technology, the physical and the virtual, charting a holistic, common space within the increasingly fluid perimeters that are shaping contemporary culture,” says Lo Castro, who moved to South Florida in the early 90’s from Germany.

Lo Castro, also the founder of Pop Art Studios, will be turning half of the inside gallery into a paneled-out, glowing iridescent spaceship interior projection mapped by the genius team at ARTECHOUSE. Another notable act is Hoxxoh, who is creating a massive floor pattern outside in the parking lot and using a sprinkler-like painting system from a 60′ crane to paint a chrome pattern over a matte black floor.

With their goal being to give artists from any scene a platform to participate in larger communities and share their art, Superchief Gallery and Juxtapoz are an extension of the cultural landscape in the community, giving artists the opportunity to explore the raw and honest emotions they want to share with the rest of the world.
