As shoppers and diners adjust to new social distancing guidelines, The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale’s Seasons 52 Chef Elvis Bravo returns to the all-access Facebook Live on Tuesday, June 9, at 2 p.m., for his nextCooking with The Galleria free virtual tutorial series segment. Bravo will livestream and prepare The Perfect Starters: Avocado Toast, Maryland Style Lump Crab Cakes and Preserved Lemon Hummus.
This cooking demonstration will be Bravo’s fifth appearance to date serving-up delicious dishes online and answering questions during South Florida’s COVID-19 quarantine. Past shared recipes have included Seafood Paella, Roasted Vegetable Gnocchi, Shrimp and Grits, Carne Asada Fajitas and Signature Blackened Mahi Tacos paired with homemade guacamole, rice and beans.
