The Back 2 School tour and the plans we have to engage the communities, teens and young adults across the nation, are going to take the country by storm.” The Scream franchise was first introduced in 2001 and has been a launching pad for talented, young entertainers, helping to catapult them to the next levels in their careers. The tours have featured GRAMMY® winning, gold and platinum-selling artists including, Bow Wow, Chris Brown, Omarion, T.I., Ciara, T-Pain, Diggy, Mindless Behavior, Ne-Yo and Trey Songz,.

To coincide with the “Back 2 School Fest,” Scream Nation has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to engage teens in the various cities at local Clubs where the tour will stop in. This effort will include teen town hall conversations with the tour’s featured artists and a contest where high school marching bands from across the U.S. will compete for a chance to perform as an opening act at the concerts. Frank Sanchez, BGCA’s National VP, Sports, Entertainment, Alumni Development, says, “Providing teens with critical skills and tools they need to excel in school and in their community is an important part of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s national strategy. Partnering with Scream Nation offers BGCA the opportunity to reach a large number of teens and provide them with a fun, safe place to acquire those skills during their out-of-school time. Our local Boys & Girls Clubs are a great place for teens to succeed.”
