Each chef will create a multi-course menu complete with wine pairings, and will be on site to interact with guests. The experiences will be hosted within a pop-up space in Miami’s Design District, featuring an art installation by artist Phillip K. Smith III commissioned for Resy and American Express. The dinner lineup:

  • Tuesday, November 29: Dinner by Massimo Bottura of Italy’s Osteria Francescana
  • Thursday, December 1: Dinner by Missy Robbins of New York’s Lilia and Misi
  • Friday, December 2: Dinner by Mashama Bailey of Savannah’s The Grey

These experiences are exclusively available to members of Global Dining Access by Resy.

The Art

Southern California desert-based artist Phillip K. Smith III will debut Garden of Reflections, a site-specific art installation commissioned for the pop-up. Smith – who last showed at Art Basel 2017 – has created a series of reflective columnar sculptures that react to the immediate surroundings: the sun, clouds, treetops, and architecture during the day, and the action of the dining experience at night.
