The University of Miami’s Department of Art and Art History, Africana Studies, The Global Institute and International art curator Ludlow Bailey present:
“Relentless Resilience: Harnessing the energy of contemporary African Diaspora Aesthetics” An art exhibition celebrating Black History Month with a unique focus on contemporary Haitian artists from the Miami community, open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily, through Feb. 28, at the CAS Gallery, 1210 Stanford Dr., on the UM Gables campus. Opening reception on Feb. 19 from 6:30 – 10 p.m. with artist panel discussion at 8 p.m.
