His Excellency Michel Martelly President of the Republic of Haiti will make his first official visit to Miami to celebrate Haiti Diaspora Day and Unveiling the “Haiti Means Business” campaign. On behalf of myself and the honorable Ralph Latortue Consulate General of Haiti in Miami, you are cordially invited to attend a private reception at the Soho Beach House Miami this Saturday, June 25th at 7:00PM.
This is a charity event, there will be a minimum suggested tax-deductible donations of $500 made payable to the President’s National Education Fund: T.L.H.S. for the Arts & Social Justice. The Toussaint L’ouverture High School for Arts and Social Justice mission is to provide motivated students a unique experience using arts as a vehicle for social justice and individual change, while the vision is to help youth acquire the skills needed to have a voice in co creating a world they can believe in.
