Primo Brands Corporation (NYSE: PRMB) announced today that Pantone®, the global authority on color, has officially designated the captivating cobalt hue of Saratoga® Spring Water bottles as “Saratoga® Signature Blue: Color 286 C.” This recognition highlights the brand’s esteemed position on America’s finest dining tables and among top culinary creators.
Celebrating its rich history dating back to 1872, Saratoga® Spring Water will host a unique dining experience at Design Miami on December 2. The event will feature Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone, who will prepare a menu designed to harmonize with Saratoga Spring Water, attended by high-profile guests including Kathy Hilton, a television personality and entrepreneur.
“The next chapter in the Saratoga® Spring Water story pairs over 150 years of history with modernity,” said Brittany Aitken, Senior Brand Manager. “We call this the Art of Water, an enduring connection between nature and craftsmanship that inspires with every sip.”
Laurie Pressman, Vice President of the Pantone Color Institute, praised the new official color: “Saratoga® Signature Blue is infused with an arresting beauty, evoking drama and luxury.”
The immersion experience at Design Miami will include the Saratoga® Supper Club, featuring an ethereal atmosphere crafted by artist Emilie Baltz, inspired by the geography of Saratoga Springs. The evening’s menu opens with striped bass tartar adorned with blue borage flowers, inviting guests to delve deeper into the art of food presentation.
“I’m thrilled to launch this year’s Supper Club with Saratoga,” said Stone. “Their appreciation for the Art of Water complements the culinary artistry I celebrate with my dishes.”
Returning to collaborate with Bravo’s Top Chef, Saratoga is also partnering with Kathy Hilton for the event. “I love events like this,” Hilton remarked. “A bottle of Saratoga Spring Water is always on hand at my gatherings.”
The Saratoga Supper Club will open to the public starting December 4 in Miami, with additional seatings in select cities through January 2025.
