Presidente Supermarkets, one of the largest Hispanic-owned grocery chains in the United States, is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of a new store in Miami Gardens, Florida, slated for 2025. This strategic expansion aligns with Presidente’s ongoing commitment to providing diverse Florida communities with high-quality products at competitive prices.
The new Miami Gardens location will be situated at 5580 NW 167 St, repurposing a former big-box store into a 26,767 square-foot space, marking a significant investment in the local
economy. During lease negotiations, Alan Levy, Josh Levy, and Ruben Furman of Levy Realty
Advisors represented the landlord, and Neyda Bravo and Luis Gonzalez of Bravo & Partners Realty, represented Presidente Supermarkets.
“We are thrilled to continue expanding in Miami-Dade, our home, and to bring Presidente

Supermarkets owner and founder, Omar Rodriguez. “We are grateful for the opportunity to grow and invest in a city where we have proudly served our customers for several years. Presidente Supermarkets is committed to fostering job creation, economic development, and supporting the local community.”
The new location, scheduled to open tentatively in July 2025, will offer residents a wide
selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, and an extensive variety of international and
specialty foods. This expansion highlights Presidente Supermarkets' dedication to meeting the needs of its customers and contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the local community.
