DIPLO + SLEIGHBELLS

Paradise Lost Florida Tour 2012

DIPLO

Through a widespread assortment of releases and artistsʼ works – from cumbia to dubstep to punk and beyond – Diplo has shown dynamic range with interests that span far beyond any singular culture or musical realm, standing as a working model for the truly 21st Century artist.

SLEIGH BELLS

Songwriter/producer Derek Miller (onetime member of hardcore act Poison the Well) and vocalist Alexis Krauss comprise Sleigh Bells, an experimental pop duo formed in New York. Their combination of pop hooks with loud, rhythmic crunch got them signed to M.I.A.’s boutique label N.E.E.T. releasing its debut album, Treats, in 2010. Their sophomore release, Reign of Terror drops on February 14th.

Support:

LITURGY

Brooklyn based Liturgy’s new album shows the band exploring, in greater depth, themes initially touched on by their critically acclaimed debut album, Renihilation. The band used every instrument, literal or figurative, to produce meaning and intensity, disregarding the genre boundaries of black metal, hardcore and experimental music.
