Enjoy luscious and full-bodied sips of wine while you master the consummate pizza pie, courtesy of the maestro himself. Learn to expertly knead and stretch your pizza dough and then generously cover it with a tangy mixture of tomato sauce, prosciutto, peppers, onions, cheeses, herbs and more, to create the perfect pie – just for you! After class, lounge in the nostalgic dining room of The Alley while continuing to sip on your favorite libations and indulge in a lunch crafted to perfection by Chef Tourondel!
