PinoGrillo is an experience. Hailing from Miami, PinoGrillo is a Cuban-American singer-songwriter who began his journey as a spoken word poet. Armed with an acoustic guitar, he creates his own brand of island soul music. His sound is a smoldering sofrito aimed to bring the organic flavors of Miami’s sweltering cultural climate to listeners everywhere. Experiencing PinoGrillo is a raw, soulful, intimate exaltation of Miami’s musical roots and rhythm. His spirited storytelling and music channels classic funk, R&B, reggae, pop, hip-hop and Cuban guaracha. Focusing on the roots of Cuban, Jamaican and American funk music, PinoGrillo has arranged and curated a vibrant acoustic tribute to the multifacetedness of a South Florida stereo.
