Peter Quinter, Board Certified Attorney in International Law, was a featured speaker at the National Association of Purchasing Management (“NAPM”) of South Florida regarding Export Controls Compliance and Penalties. Mr. Quinter is the shareholder in charge of the Customs and International Trade Law Department at Becker & Poliakoff, and represents persons and companies who have been subjects of criminal and civil investigations for export violations. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, he served as legal counsel for U.S. Customs in Miami, Florida.
