PARAGON GROVE 13 AT COCOWALK OFFERS $2/$5 MATINEES BENEFITING THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF MIAMI-DADE

Paragon Grove 13 at CocoWalk, Miami’s newest movie theater, is proud to announce an ‘end of summer savings’ program featuring $5 weekday matinees and $2 family classics to benefit The Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade.

The $2 films kick off Monday, July 26th at 10:30 a.m. with the Disney hit CARS.  Every Monday-Thursday at 10:30 a.m. thereafter until Labor Day, Paragon will feature family favorites such as the Harry Potter titles, Ratatouille, and Beauty and the Beast. All proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. The $2 matinees will be cash-only and general seating (as opposed to Paragon’s famed reserved seating for regularly-scheduled show times).

Alex Rodriguez-Roig, Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Miami-Dade says of the program, “We’re thrilled that Paragon has taken a fun family activity like movie-going and turned it into an avenue for giving back to the children of our community.”

Paragon has also launched a $5 Matinee program Monday-Thursday for first-run movies as an affordable option for moviegoers to see the latest Hollywood hits.  Says Mike Whalen, CEO of Paragon, “We are proud to be partnering with such a wonderful organization as The Boys and Girls Club. In today’s times, there is a demand for great value and affordable options.  We have created an offering that allows everyone to experience family favorites as well as the newest Hollywood movies combined with our unique amenities at a lower price point than any theater in Miami.”

Paragon Grove 13 is a 1500-seat luxury movie theater featuring stadium seating, the only all SONY 4K high-definition digital projection in Miami, three 3D screens, and beer and wine served at concessions.  Additionally, similar to a Broadway show or sporting event, Paragon customers can choose their show and reserve a specific seat days ahead of time at ParagonGrove.com.

This fall, Paragon will open its second phase – The Chatterbox; a lounge for customers to eat, drink, bowl, and play “Grove style.” The Chatterbox will have casual dining, bowling, and a high-energy bar with dancing and video walls. Visit www.ParagonGrove.com for more information, film show times, and reserved seating.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade is a charitable organization founded in 1940, which is devoted to providing educational, recreational and other worthwhile activities for local youth.  They strive to provide the most influential and positive adult role models to help them build character and strengthen life skills.
