The menu at Pamplemousse on the Bay is features standout dishes such as the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and Black Truffle, featuring thin wagyu, fresh truffle shavings, olive spread, dry figs, arugula, lemon zest, shaved parmesan and sauteed wild mushrooms for $36; the Chilean Sea Bass, which is served with poached baby green asparagus and romesco sauce for $48; and the Black Angus Bone in Ribeye, featuring grass fed ribeye and red wine au jus sauce for $79.

Complementing the culinary delights, Pamplemousse on the Bay features an extensive selection of fine wines and signature cocktails, perfect for enjoying during the daily happy hour from 5 pm to 7 pm (Tuesday through Sunday), during which signature drinks are all priced under $12. Popular drink options include the Pamplemousse Sangria, made with rose wine, Pamplemousse liquor, grapefruit bitters, grapefruit juice and sparkling flower sake; the Coconut Margarita, made with tequila, peach liquor, lemon juice, coconut and pinot noir; and the Emerald Cooler, a refreshing drink made with gin, green tea liquor, lemon, kiwi syrup and fresh cucumber juice.
