III Forks Prime Steakhouse is hosting the national release of 2012 Krupp M5 Cabernet Sauvignon on November 13 at 6:30 pm at both South Florida locations with special guest speakers from Krupp Winery in Napa Valley. The limited-seating four-course dinner is $175 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes a meet and mingle with winery representative Philip Stretch at III Forks Palm Beach Gardens or Fritz Stresau at III Forks Hallandale.
Pre-dinner bites are yellowtail Hamachi with lemongrass vinaigrette and prosciutto crackers with mascarpone cream & fig jam paired with 2014 Krupp Brothers “Black Bart’s Bride” Marsanne Blend. First course is venison tartare, carrot emulsion, fried leeks and fingerling potato chips paired with 2009 Krupp Brothers “Veraison” Proprietary Blend. 2012 Krupp Brothers “The Doctor” Red Blend, named for Dr. Jan Krupp compliments the second course of crispy pork belly, butternut squash risotto and sour cherry chutney.
The featured wine of the event, 2012 Krupp Brothers “M5” Cabernet Sauvignon, will be served with braised lamb shank cassoulet, cannellini beans and brioche crostini. The wine features flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, blueberry and caramelized oak. Meyer lemon tiramisu with vanilla cognac cream completes the menu.
