Chef Olivia Ostrow, owner of Ostrow Brasserie, has announced a delicious new Sunday Brunch experience at her buzzy Buena Vista restaurant.

Brunch launches on Sunday, February 18 (and every Sunday after that) and will feature pastries, omelets, Eggs Benedict, salads, meat entrees, and sweets. Standout dishes include homemade croissants, Brioche Avocado Toast, Smoked Trout Caesar Salad, Ahi Tuna Niçoise, and Toasted Brioche with Smoked Salmon.

A signature item not to be missed is the Seafood Tower from Ostrow’s O’s Raw Bar concept. Perfect for sharing, the stunning 2-tier tower combines delicacies from the sea, including Truffle Black Cod, Salmon Tartar, Hamachi, Ahi Tuna, and Caviar. Chef Olivia will create each Seafood Tower to order, using the freshest ingredients and her imagination.

While omelets will vary each week, Ostrow Brasserie’s mouthwatering Eggs Benedict can transform from traditional with Hollandaise sauce to more luscious with additions like smoked salmon or beef bacon.

Another elevated breakfast dish is called the Caviar Croissant, and Chef Olivia pairs perfectly cooked scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, ahi tuna carpaccio, caviar, arugula and beets—all nestled inside a homemade croissant and served with truffle fries.

For meat lovers, there’s the Brasserie Wagyu “Cheese” Burger served with hand-cut fries or Filet Mignon & Truffle Carpaccio, with raw grass-fed filet mignon adorned with fresh truffles, arugula, Parmesan “cheese” and lemon.

On the sweet side, guests can choose from Crepes Suzette (prepared tableside), Pain Perdu, or Warm Apple Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream. Sip Bellinis and Mimosas as you soak up the Parisian vibes or enjoy French hot chocolate and specialty coffees.

As Miami’s first (and only) French-Kosher restaurant, Ostrow Brasserie is winning raves for its innovative cuisine, which blends classical French dishes with Kosher cooking techniques. Like all certified Glatt Kosher restaurants, Ostrow Bistro is under the supervision of a mashgiach to ensure Kosher standards are being upheld.

Located in the trendy Buena Vista neighborhood, two minutes north of the Design District, the vibe is sophisticated and cozy. The brasserie-style space features an open kitchen, tropical oasis back patio, and private dining room.

The design of the 3,000-square-foot Ostrow Brasserie was inspired by Chef Olivia’s childhood in France, complemented by Miami’s tropical influences. A whimsical art wall highlights over 40 pieces from Chef Olivia’s personal collection, while the signature Art Nouveau mural, a replica of one of artist Alphonse Mucha’s famous beer posters, at the restaurant’s entrance pays tribute to France’s storied past.

A Trompe-l’œil signature décor element features a door cut out of the original Mucha mural leading to the private dining room, with a second, identical mural on the back wall. The optical illusion adds a playful touch to the restaurant’s décor.

Stunning coral countertops speckled with opalescent “rocks” set the tone for the beautifully designed 150-seat restaurant. Adorning the two bars at the entrance, the coral and rock theme is also incorporated in the expansive counter fronting the exhibition kitchen, where guests can watch the art of cooking as it occurs. Dark green leather-backed stools allow for a birds-eye view of the culinary theatrics.

Hanging copper bubble lights are suggestive of France’s favorite drink, Champagne. The white leather rounded chairs had a former life at the iconic Delano hotel and have been recovered and restored for this venture.

Toward the back of the restaurant, past two glass doors, is a secret garden. This lush and verdant space is open for regular dining as well as for private parties and events. It’s also dog-friendly for guests accompanied by their pets.

Ostrow Brasserie is located at 4850 NW 2nd Ave; and is open for dinner from Sunday to Thursday (6-10 PM) and brunch every Sunday (10:30 AM to 3 PM).
