A cocktail created in celebration of Earth Day, the Blue Horizon, will be available throughout April at all 1 Hotel locations, including 1 Hotel South Beach. For every cocktail sold, one tree will be planted in partnership with Arbor Day Foundation.
Earth Day (April 22) is an opportunity to reflect on how what’s in our glass is increasingly connected to the natural world, from thoughtfully sourced ingredients to more intentional ways of drinking.
A commitment to thoughtful sourcing sits at the heart of today’s gin-making, with an emphasis on long-standing relationships with growers and ingredients chosen at their peak. That approach is reflected in expressions like Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru. Across its global sourcing network, botanicals, from Moroccan coriander to hand-peeled Spanish citrus and angelica root from Saxony, are shaped by their origin, with climate, soil, and harvest conditions all influencing their character and how they ultimately show up in the final spirit.
