Park Grove, the cozy three-tower residential enclave developed by Terra Group and The Related Group located in the reenergized Coconut Grove neighborhood, celebrates the launch of its most opulent tower—One Park Grove.
Next week, developers Jorge Pérez and David Martin will present the concept and renderings for Park Grove’s third and final tower in the community, featuring a curated talk with Miami’s favorite chef, Michael Schwartz alongside Will Meyer of New York-based design duo Meyer Davis, highlighting plans for the site’s highly anticipated restaurant concepts. Meyer Davis is a globally recognized design boutique that is sought after by the world’s leading restaurants and celebrity chefs with having designed renowned restaurants such as Beachcraft here in Miami and The Wayfarer in New York City.
Chef Michael Schwartz will be overseeing the community’s signature restaurant, bar and lounge and catering. Meyer Davis is leading the designs for the restaurant concepts as well as interior spaces and a custom reception desk for the tower.
One Park Grove, the city’s most-anticipated generational residence, will rise 20 floors with only 54 units, ranging from three to five bedrooms. The tower boasts 50,000 square feet of amenity spaces and pricing starting at $2 million. (www.park-grove.com)
