Once Upon a Kitchen an Intimate Evening with Culinary Masters Massimo Bottura and Virgilio Martínez at W South Beach

May 4th

The highly anticipated epicurean event, Once Upon a Kitchen, presented by GR8 Experience in collaboration with W South Beach, is set to make a grand return to Miami for Formula 1 enthusiasts. This exclusive culinary experience, which first debuted in 2017, promises guests an intimate evening with world-renowned chefs behind some of the finest restaurants worldwide.

This year’s Once Upon a Kitchen will feature a fusion of talents, bringing together the acclaimed Italian chef Massimo Bottura from Osteria Francescana and the globally recognized Peruvian chef Virgilio Martínez from Central Restaurante, crowned as the World’s Best Restaurant in 2023. Martínez, known for his innovative approach to incorporating Peru’s diverse flavors and culture into his cuisine, will collaborate with Bottura to create a memorable dining experience.

The event is designed to redefine traditional dinner gatherings, allowing attendees to engage with the chefs, delve into the intricate details of their creations, and gain insights into their culinary philosophies. In the immersive ballroom at W South Beach, guests will be treated to a visual spectacle using cutting-edge video mapping technology, enhancing the evening’s gastronomic journey.

Barnabas Carrega, CEO and Co-Founder of GR8 Experience, expressed excitement about bringing together two culinary visionaries known for their transformative impact on the industry. The event aims to provide an intimate setting where guests can witness live cooking demonstrations, storytelling, and engage directly with the chefs.

Following the success of Once Upon a Kitchen 2023 at The Deck at Island Gardens, which drew a high-profile crowd including F1 Miami organizer Stephen Ross, Olympian Lindsay Vonn, and entrepreneur Maverick Carter, this year’s edition promises another unforgettable evening of gourmet delights.

Once Upon a Kitchen 2024 is scheduled for May 4, featuring a cocktail hour at 7 pm followed by a six-course dinner at 8 pm. With limited availability for only 120 guests, tickets are priced at $2,500 per person and can be purchased through Resy.
