In celebration of Earth Day, ARKHAUS — the world’s first floating social club powered entirely by solar energy — proudly continues its groundbreaking culinary series, Off the Grid Dining. This unique experience merges world-class cuisine with eco-conscious living, providing guests the opportunity to dine with intention aboard ARKHAUS’ electric, solar-powered vessels in Biscayne Bay.

Following a successful debut in March featuring Sereia, the acclaimed restaurant of two Michelin-starred Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, the series is set to showcase exclusive collaborations with some of the world’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants this spring. Upcoming highlights include dinners with Le Jardinier, Babette, and El Cielo, alongside a special aperitivo event with Massimo Bottura during F1 weekend in partnership with Torno Subito.

“We launched Off the Grid as a platform to showcase what sustainable luxury can look and feel like,” says ARKHAUS co-founder Sam Payrovi. “There’s no better time than Earth Day to highlight our commitment to clean energy, responsible hospitality, and reimagining how we connect with food and the planet.”

Each Off the Grid Dining evening delivers a fully immersive experience. Guests are transported via private tender to ARKHAUS vessels, which use a proprietary hydraulic system to rise above the water, creating a serene and stable dining environment. Visitors will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu curated exclusively for the evening in an open-air dining room with stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding waters.
