New Year’s Eve Dinner in BOURBON STEAK, a Michael Mina restaurant at Fairmont Turnberry Isle

This New Year’s Eve, ring in 2011 at Celebrity Chef Michael Mina’s famed BOURBON STEAK restaurant. First-seating begins at 6 p.m. and features three courses including a choice of burrata heirloom tomato salad, ahi tuna tartare, perigord truffle risotto with seared scallops, or roasted sunchoke soup to start; a main course selection between Maryland striped sea bass, organic Scottish salmon, grilled chicken breast, or American Kobe filet “Rossini” with a shallot potato cake and foie gras; and concludes with a choice between a sticky toffee pudding, traditional beignets or a selection of seasonal sorbets and ice cream. Second-seating starts at 9 p.m. and features a six-course menu showcasing an American caviar parfait to start, roasted sunchoke soup, Hudson Valley foie gras terrine, Maryland striped sea bass, a wood-grilled rib eye & glazed short rib and sticky toffee pudding. Complimentary glass of champagne each, live band and party favors included. Three-course/first-seating is $95, Six-course/second-seating is $245; plus tax and gratuity.
