The Biltmore is bringing in 2011 with a grand celebration that includes exquisite dining, fabulous musical performances, fireworks and champagne! The festivities begin at 8:30 PM when the doors open to the Country Club Ballroom. Guests will enjoy a four course prix fixe dinner presented by Hotel Executive Chef Rolando Cruz-Taura. The stage will be shared by the high energy band Libido as well as DJ Peoples playing a mix of musical styles throughout the evening. An open premium bar is available all night long. At midnight, fireworks will light up the sky over the golf course and a cigar roller will be providing cigars for the guests. Guests celebrating in Fontana or Palme d’Or can purchase entry at a discounted rate, but are not guaranteed seating.
