New Spring Cocktails at The Grill on the Alley

Just in time for the weekend, The Grill on the Alley at Aventura Mall has debuted a delicious new selection of handcrafted cocktails that take advantage of the season’s delectable fruits and spirits.

The Seasonal Peach Smash is mix of pear vodka, crisp apples, pears and lemons, muddled and served in an Old Fashioned glass. The Porch Pounder combines fresh-brewed ice tea with silver tequila, lemon juice, agave nectar and Angostura Bitters, resulting in a delightful take on the classic springtime drink. The Strawberry Pear Mojito Cocktail is a seasonal twist on the mojito, incorporating pomegranate, strawberries and pear into the classic rum drink. All cocktails are $12.

Enjoy these seasonal libations with The Grill on the Alley’s “Chef Bites,” mini versions of many of the restaurant’s signature items such as the Colorado Lamb Chop (with mint mashed potatoes and demi-glaze – $8), Braised Short Rib (with roasted garlic mashed potatoes – $7) and the Peppered Filet Medallion (with Roquefort cheese sauce – $9).
