The Bath Club, Miami Beach’s first and most exclusive private membership club, is thrilled to introduce The Collins Room, a restaurant promising a decadent, transformative experience beginning February 23rd. An evening at The Collins Room rekindles the spirit of the jet set era in Miami Beach’s 1950’s and 60’s, when a night out embraced a proper cocktail, elevated cuisine, and a glamorous convivial setting.
Signature elements of the dining room’s historic mystique – like art deco crown-molded ceilings and terrazzo floors – have been preserved by designers Antrobus & Ramirez, who have reimagined the space (once the original club’s 1920s cafeteria) with luxe, modern, interior finishes. The intimate supper club will enchant all who wish to experience a swanky, seductive, sophisticated evening out.
Depending on your pleasure, the evening starts with a perfectly crafted classic cocktail at the bar, a tableside shaken Martini, or a glass of chilled champagne from the Club’s extensive collection, all served in 1920’s vintage stemware. Once cocktails are in hand, leisurely sample from a Chilled Seafood Tower, share a serving of Kaluga Caviar, or enjoy a Pineapple Jalapeno Snapper Ceviche. For your entrée you may select dishes such as a Grilled Whole Branzino, Lobster Fra Diavolo, Peking-style Chicken, or a Pepper Crusted Prime Rib. Before retreating to the Governor’s Loggia for live music and a nightcap, The Collins Room offers guests a menu of decadent desserts from a Bananas Foster Sundae to a Dark Chocolate Fondue.

Memberships for the inclusively exclusive Bath Club sold out in the first year since owners Don & Katrina Peebles reopened the historic club after completing an extensive multi-million-dollar renovation. However, The Collins Room offers the opportunity to experience dining at the exclusive Club on an invitation only basis.
