Fuego Y Mar is now offering a delicious Sunday Brunch, served from 1PM – 5PM. Guests can dine inside or on the Fuego Y Mar terrace overlooking the stunning resort pool and enjoy the gentle sea breeze.

Visitors can indulge in delectable made-to-order eggs from the omelet station, charcuterie & cheese boards, Latin-American inspired sharing plates ranging from the catch of the day to freshly-sourced poultry and meats, and so much more. Also on offer are Executive Pastry Chef Nitin’s selection of artisanal desserts made daily like mango panna cotta and pineapple rum cake. And most importantly, it wouldn’t be brunch without unlimited Mimosas, Bellinis, and Bloody Marys.

$125++ per adult $48++ per child.

Freshness and simplicity take center stage in ingredient-centric, locally  sourced dishes inspired by Miami’s rich cultural influence from Latin  America and the Caribbean. The fare is not restricted by ethnic boundaries, but takes inspiration from bold Latin flavors-from the coasts of Mexico and  Cuba to Venezuela and Colombia. Guests can expect a social space designed to display the views of the pool and ocean just steps beyond.
