This October, award winning author and mindful eating expert, Ellen Kanner teams up with Chef Allen Susser to prepare a healthy, sustainable meal that brings our bodies and minds together. The plant-based menu includes dishes like Rainbow Charred Zucchini and Roasted Fennel & Pear. Food is great connector, so join us for a guided series of meal prompts that will include meditation, mindful eating exercises, and conversation about what makes a menu mindful to begin with.
