MILA Omakase invites you to experience a  9-course Omakase in collaboration with L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, the only two Michelin Starred restaurant in Florida, on Wednesday, January 17th and Thursday, January 18th, 2024 for a culinary collaboration merging MediterrAsian and French cuisine. L’Atelier’s Executive Chef James Friedberg hosts MILA Omakase’s Chef Reiji Yoshizawa for two evenings of culinary mastery, featuring synergetic dishes including La Truffe Noire – Crispy Truffle Tart with Onion Confit and Smoked Bacon – and Les Nigiri with Scallops, Otoro and Wagyu.

Continuing their series of culinary takeovers, MILA Omakase promises guests an evening of refined indulgence at L’Atelier, where seasonal flavors combine with an approachable modern French touch. Take home a box of bonbons to enjoy your time beyond L’Atelier. The 9-course experience is $490 ++ per person. Two seatings of 14 guests are available at 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM both nights. The experience is elevated with two optional wine pairings for $250 and $350.
