MILA Omakase, an intimate dining destination known for its fusion of Far Eastern and Mediterranean culinary traditions, will feature a special collaboration with Executive Chef Jean Philippe Blondet from The Dorchester, a coveted 3-Michelin-starred restaurant in London. This exclusive event will take place over two nights, on October 23rd and 24th, 2024.

The 10-seat venue, curated by renowned Chef Michaël Michaelidis and Executive Chef Reiji Yoshizawa, promises a unique culinary journey that merges distinct philosophies, showcasing an evolving menu inspired by Japan’s 72 micro-seasons. Each dish is crafted with premium ingredients and innovative vegetables, ensuring an experience marked by authenticity and refinement.
