Miami’s famous Grand Prix is set to elevate its luxury experience with the announcement of a massive new extension to the Paddock Club, making it one of the largest in Formula 1. The 115,000-square-foot, three-story expansion will be ready for the 2027 race and will significantly enhance guest capacity and viewing experiences.
Stretching from the start/finish straight to Turn 1, the new structure will offer spectacular views of the race as cars barrel through the opening corners and sweep through Turns 2 and 3. Built with tiered seating, rooftop access, and seamless ingress and egress, the expanded Paddock Club will accommodate more than 9,200 guests and feature over 300,000 square feet of luxury hospitality space—ensuring an unrivaled race weekend experience.
This development also creates a permanent home for the exclusive Precision Drive Club, offering direct access to the pit lane, race control, and premium dining options from top restaurant partners. Partnered with HOK+ROSSETTI, known for iconic sports venues, the project underscores South Florida Motorsports’ unwavering commitment to innovation and world-class racing.
The extension comes as the Miami race, now in its fifth year, continues its long-term partnership with Formula 1 through 2041—making it the sport’s longest-standing U.S. race. With multiple promoter of the year awards, Miami cements its status as a premier, luxury destination in global motorsport.
