Miami will host the final phase of the 2027 FIFA Women’s Champions Cup, marking the tournament’s debut on U.S. soil. Announced Tuesday at the FIFA Congress in Vancouver, the event runs from January 27 to 31, bringing top women’s club teams from around the world to Florida.

The final stage includes semifinals, a third-place match, and the championship. While specific venues are yet to be confirmed, Hard Rock Stadium and Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park are leading candidates. Nu Stadium, opened in April 2026, is Inter Miami’s home with 26,700 seats, while Hard Rock Stadium boasts a larger capacity and proven infrastructure for global events.

This tournament features the world’s best six women’s club teams, each qualifying via their continental championships, making it a highlight in the women’s football calendar during years when the Women’s Club World Cup does not occur.

The tournament will also spotlight regional clubs like Gotham FC, which finished third in 2026, alongside other top teams from Concacaf, South America, and Europe, including Washington Spirit, Club America, and Pachuca.

This marks a significant milestone as the event aims to elevate women’s club football to new heights in the United States.
