Enjoy a carefully crafted three-course tasting menu developed with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, while taking in the spectacular views of the waterfront oasis. Locals and guests can savor these creations for $60pp. For your first course, appetizers will include options such as the Spanish Hummus, Tomato Salad accompanied by burrata, Galician Style Octopus, and Salmon Crudo. Following the appetizers, the restaurant offers guests delectables like Gnocchi topped with Porcini Cream Sauce, Lamb Belly, Branzino paired with Fennel Potato Puree, and Chicken All Bianca. To close out the meal, on a sweet note with the choice of Creme Brule paired with Vanilla Custard or Cheesecake topped with Macerated Berries.
