Among its signature dishes, guests can savor warm Truffle Buñuelos goldened with torched Foie Gras from the Hudson Valley, crispy Crab Empanadas infused with caribbean spice, craveable Guava BBQ Pork Ribs accompanied by smoked vegetable rice and pickled radishes, Lulo ceviche bathed in passion fruit milk, Roasted Quail stuffed in a mixture of guanciale and mushrooms, and the beautifully crafted Tree of Life made with cassava, cheese and basil–all creating a delectable culinary masterpiece that represents the essence of Elcielo’s innovative approach. Additionally, this Hispanic Heritage Month, Elcielo will be offering a specialty cocktail, the Chimberito, which is a fusion of aguardiente, cachaça, soursop, and yuzu.
