Miami Grand Prix’s Culinary Lineup: Over 65 Restaurants Celebrating Miami’s Diverse Food Scene

South Florida Motorsports and Sodexo Live! are set to deliver a culinary experience as vibrant as the Miami Grand Prix itself. For the fifth consecutive year, more than 65 acclaimed local and international restaurants will showcase their flavors across the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium during race weekend, May 1-3.

The lineup combines fan favorites with fresh faces, including new additions like Bondi Sushi, American Social, Eataly, Fabel, and Zuma, alongside Miami staples such as Ossobucco, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, and Havana 1957. These eateries will be spread across various zones, offering everything from craft brews and vibrant nightlife to premium dining experiences curated by Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs.

Highlights include Cerveceria La Tropical and Fabel Miami at The Fountains, serving local craft beers and innovative cuisine. Bondi Sushi debuts at North Campus with its elegant Japanese offerings. At West Campus, chef Guillermo Eleicegui’s Ossobuco will serve premium meats over open flame, while Amara at Paraiso’s Michael Schwartz brings bold Latin American flavors to the mix. Also new for 2025, Zuma Miami will debut its contemporary Japanese izakaya concept at Hard Rock Stadium.

The Beach zone features authentic Cuban dishes at Havana 1957, Italian delights from Eataly’s new Miami location, and the first-time appearance of American Social, known for modern American classics. East Campus offers the global flavors of Eataly along with artisan donuts from Salty Donut and the debut of Zuma Miami’s chic Japanese cuisine.

The culinary celebration extends into premium hospitality areas like The Villas and exclusive suites, where renowned chefs including Cesar Zapata, Michael Beltran, Diego Oka, and Adrianne Calvo will serve up extraordinary dishes.

The Community Restaurant Program, now in its fourth year, highlights 15 local vendors—67% female-owned—utilizing authentic Miami ingredients and flavors. This initiative fosters community engagement, bringing neighborhood culinary treasures trackside.
