MIAMI E-PRIX RACE WEEK CONTINUES: FORMULA E HOSTS A NUMBER OF YOUTH PROGRAMS, EVENTS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Formula E, the world’s most sustainable motorsport, boasted a number of activities during day two of the Miami E-Prix race week with an action-packed day of community-focused events that featured FIA Girls on Track, which was a STEM-focused motorsport experience for 120 young women, featuring career talks, esports activations, and paddock tours.

The day also included a sustainability and technology forum that showed industry leaders shaping the future of electric mobility and had 300 local students tour the track and participate in a panel with Formula E team members.

Formula E hosted an FPL Electrathon, where local high school students designed, built, and raced electric go-karts, developing STEM skills while engaging with sustainable technology, meeting Formula E drivers, and exploring career opportunities in motorsports.

These activations will lead to an incredible day of racing tomorrow, as the Miami E-Prix will have its qualifying laps and race tomorrow in front of a raucous Miami crowd at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. Tickets are still available HERE.
