“The partnership with Publix and the Miami Dolphins is through and through, but especially around this particular event: we have 15 years under our belt,” Publix Media and Community Relations Manager Nicole Krauss said. “This evening is something that our associates get so excited about. And our counterparts at the Miami Dolphins get so excited about it, the players get excited about it, the cheerleaders get excited about it. But nobody gets more excited than the students.”

The students, ages 6-18, attend Title I schools and were selected by their principal to participate in the event. Students participated in a dance contest to start, enjoyed dinner and received a Miami Dolphins and Publix branded Kids and Fins T-shirt before hitting the aisles to shop to fill their families’ pantries for the Thanksgiving holiday.
