MIAMI CHILDREN’S MUSEUM COMES TO BAL HARBOUR WITH ITS FIRST EVER OFF SITE KIDS CAMP PROGRAM DEBUTS DECEMBER 19TH AT THE SEAVIEW HOTEL

childrensmuseumMiami Children’s Museum is coming to Bal Harbour in a big way!  MCM will be overseeing and operating the Bal Harbour Village Kids Camp.  This is the first time that MCM has operated an off site facility with its Camp programs.  The camp will begin on December 19th and will be located in the Kids Room at the Seaview Hotel, 9909 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour.

“When Bal Harbour Village approached us to run their Kids Camp, we thought it was a wonderful opportunity,” stated Deborah Spiegelman, Executive Director of MCM.  “We are working closely with them to make this a successful endeavor for all involved.”

MCM will employ many of their popular children’s programs at the Bal Harbour facility and well as creating new themes that coincide with their beachfront location.  Among the programs currently scheduled will be Eco-Explorers, Creation Station, Little Masters & Winter Wonderland.

MCM Bal Harbour Kids Camp is open to all Village residents and tourists staying in the Bal Harbour area.  The Camp will begin on Saturday, December 19th and run every day from 9AM to 12 Noon through Sunday, January 3rd (with no camp on December 25th and January 1st). After January 3rd the Camp will continue to operate every Thursday through Sunday from 9AM to 12 Noon.  Children can range in age from 5 to 12 and the cost is $25.00/day.
