For the thirteenth consecutive year, Miami Children’s Museum (MCM) is proud to present ArtKids at Art Basel Miami Beach. From mixed media to building blocks and beyond, a variety of art exploration stations will be available for budding young artists to create their own original works of art. ArtKids at Art Basel Miami Beach is scheduled Saturday and Sunday, December 5th and 6th from 11AM – 6PM at the Miami Beach Convention Center. ArtKids welcomes children ages 4 – 12 to participate in the art projects; children younger than 4 may also visit with a caretaker. ArtKids is supervised and staffed by Miami Children’s Museum Educators and volunteers.
MCM is also hosting Art Camp during Art Basel at the Museum! This 2-day camp will take place on December 5th and 6th and will focus on different artists and cultures and will also study a variety of different media. Advanced registration is highly recommended, as space is limited. The fees are $72 per day for members and $80 per day for non-members. A $20 walk-in fee will be applied to those not pre-registered.
