ARTIKA is a publishing house that specializes in artist’s books. These are limited editions made in collaboration with great international artists and produced using painstaking handcrafted processes that turn each copy into a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
The result is a collection of contemporary works that invite the owner to discover the essence of each artist; works in which design and innovation are ever-present, from the conceptualization of the project to the materials used.
Marc Buil is the director of ARTIKA, an impassioned art lover who gets great enjoyment out of creating every one of the gems in this collection; he loves the idea of fusion between art, handicraft, design and conceptualization. Ever since ARTIKA was created 15 years ago, Marc has held a range of different roles in the company, and today he is the director of this publishing house which has now arrived in the United States and Books & Books!
These artist’s books are the result of close collaboration between the artists, the publishers and the craftsmen involved.
