Christmas Eve 

Gather around the “Blast From The Past: A Nostalgic Holiday Inspired” Festive Tree created by renowned artist Sarah Coleman, and enjoy a prefix 4 course dinner at MATADOR ROOM curated by Michelin Star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten offered from 6PM-11PM ($165pp, $55 for kids). First course begins with a few delectable options such as the Yellowfin Tuna Tartare specially made with Salsa Macha, Avocado, Cucumber and Mint or the Heart of Palm Salad with Heirloom Tomato, Young Coconut, and Avocado. The second and third courses include a few MATADOR ROOM classics like Grilled Maitake Mushroom with Fresh Goat Cheese, and Fresno Vinaigrette or the Winter Vegetable Posole with Black Truffle. New Year’s Eve

Ring in 2023 in style at MATADOR ROOM with a selection of dining options showcasing a variety of delicious dishes by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerchten.

Brunch A La Carte 

Begin the new year on a right note with Brunch A La Carte at MATADOR TERRACE from 10AM-3PM. The al fresco dining experience utilizes only the freshest local ingredients and merges Spanish, Caribbean and South American flavors for the perfect dishes. A few of the must-try brunch items include the Eggs Benedict served with Country Ham and a Citrus-Chili Hollandaise on a White Corn Arepa ($24) or on the sweeter side the Coconut Pancakes with fresh Grapefruit and Lavender Maple Syrup ($20). Pre-Fix Dinner

MATADOR ROOM invites you to an elevated dining experience featuring a four-course dinner, complimentary wine pairings, and decadent dessert experience at the Chef Jean-Georges headed spot.  Begin the meal with Masa Blini, Lemon Crème Fraiche and Kristal Caviar followed by the first course with meal options such as the Stone Crab with Truffle Mustard Aioli. The second and third courses offer guests delectables like the Octopus prepared with Paprika Crème Fraiche, Guajillo Chili, and Crispy Potatoes or the Char Grilled Sirloin of Beef with Salsa Verde and Sweet Potato Bravas. To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can choose from the fresh Passion Fruit Tres Leches or the Mexican Spiced Dark Chocolate Pudding. The prefix dinner will be offered at two separate times from 5:30PM-8PM ($225 Adults, $95 Kids) and from 9PM-11:30PM ($275 Adults, $125 Kids).
