Exclusively on Thursday, April 18th from 6PM – 10PM, the award-winning and renowned Barcelona based cocktail bar, Paradiso presents an exclusive, one -night only pop up at MATADOR BAR at The Miami Beach EDITION. Embracing refined luxury, modern mystique and effortless suave, MATADOR BAR’S classic Miami Beach opulence and sophistication sets the tone as the perfect backdrop for this magical evening, taking modern day mixology to the next level and paying homage to the art of bartending.
Following successful ventures with The Madrid EDITION and The Barcelona EDITION, the iconic bar will bring a team of six master mixologists led by founder Giacomo Giannotti. Paradiso’s presence at The Miami Beach EDITION marks the last stop along the acclaimed establishment’s highly anticipated North American EDITION tour, which started at The New York EDITION and The Tampa EDITION.
After debuting in Barcelona nearly 10 years ago, Paradiso’s success earned them the top ranking on The World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2022, and they currently hold the #4 spot. Nestled behind a discreet refrigerator door within a pastrami shop, the speakeasy-style haven exudes vintage charm and an irresistible ambiance, while skilled mixologists craft inventive cocktails that ensure each sip is a voyage in taste and creativity.
Promising an unforgettable adventure, The Miami Beach EDITION takeover will serve a selection of innovative cocktails utilizing spirits from Altamura Distilleries. Offerings include:
- Enigma: Altamura Vodka with Pine Cone, Cider and Red Fruit Cordial, Mead with Mugo Pine, Citrus, Agave Honey
- Subterranium: Goat’s Milk Altamura Vodka, Apple Cordial Celeriac and Radish, Toasted Hay Liquer, Citrus, Olive, Orange and Thyme Honey
- Revival Negroni: Volcan Reposado Tequila, Altamura Vodka, Vermouth with 70% Chocolate, Campari Mushroom Butter, Dashi
- Atlantis: Altamura vodka, sweet vermouth, sea fennel cordial, salicornia, olives and bergamot
