Master Class hosted by Sullivan Street Bakery

Saturday, February 22
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sullivan Street Bakery Miami
5550 NE 4th Avenue
Miami

Get hands-on with one of the most infamous bakers in America, James Beard Award-winner Jim Lahey himself walking you through the breadmaking process he has spent a lifetime mastering. With his new outpost nestled in the burgeoning area of Little Haiti in Miami, Lahey will share his tips and tricks for his unique no-knead bread method and stories about the hand-cultivated wild yeast from Italy that started it all at his popular bakery in New York City. In fact, he’s lauded for the crackly crust of the whole wheat loaf and his pane pugliese and pizza bianca have been called “New York food masterpieces” by Bon Appétit. After the class, indulge in all of your carbolicous fantasies with a tasting of the bakery’s most popular items while sipping on wines.
