Mango Culinary Conference

When: Friday, July 9, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Join Madhur Jaffrey, Maricel Presilla, Dr. Richard Campbell and others for an event exclusively for chefs and culinary professionals from all over the world to discuss the different use of Mangos in cuisine. 

From Indian varieties to old Florida favorites, we will have tastings, pairings, demos and more culinary adventures.
