The delightfully unique dining settings of The Chesterfield range from fine dining in the glamorous Leopard Lounge & Restaurant to al fresco dining in the intimate, palm-shaded Courtyard. Guests can also eat on the terrace by the pool, straight out of an Agatha Christie novel, or in the privacy of their own room courtesy of our 24-hour room service.
Festive Afternoon Teas
For afternoon tea, The Chesterfield wants to give you all the fall flavors in a quintessentially British style. The hotel’s Fall Afternoon Tea will take place from November 1 to November 30thfrom 2 to 4 p.m. by reservation only. Delicious menu items include pastries, such as Mini Pumpkin Pies, Fruit Tarts, Brittle and Jam Blonde Brownies, and festive tea sandwiches such as Roasted Turkey salad with Candied walnuts on White Bread and Smoked Chilean Salmon with Dill cream cheese on Brown bread. For additional options, you can add on a Fall Mimosa of sparkling wine and Apple Cider.
In December, from the 1st to the 30th, get into the Christmas spirit London-style with delectable pastries, such as Spiced Cake with cream cheese frosting, Mini Pecan Pies and Peppermint Crumble Chocolate Brownies. Of course, there are traditional British tea sandwiches and scones with jam and Devonshire cream. You can also add on a Holiday Mimosa made with Sparkling Wine with Pomegranate Liqueur, Cranberry Juice, and garnish with Fresh Cranberries.
Holiday Drinks:
Fall Specialty Drinks at the hotel includes a Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini (Vanilla Vodka, Pumpkin Spice Kahlua, Espresso) and a Maple Bourbon Smash (Bourbon, Maple Syrup, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, and Orange Bitters with Rosemary Sprig).
For December, you can sip on the iconic Leopard Bar’s Winter Wonderland Martini (Vodka, Cointreau, St. Germain, White Cranberry juice, garnished with Cranberries) or Holiday Spritz (Gin, Rosemary Simple Syrup, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Prosecco with Lemon Twist).
Special Lunch menus
In November the hotel will feature a Lunch Special where you can enjoy Thanksgiving flavors all month long with a Thanksgiving “Leftover” Turkey Sandwich of Sliced Turkey, Cornbread Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Gouda Cheese, Served on Brioche Garlic Bread with a side of Homestyle Gravy and an Apple Tart with Cinnamon Ice Cream Pistachios and Caramel Sauce
Special Dinners:
If you want to celebrate Thanksgiving in Palm Beach, The Chesterfield will be having their special Thanksgiving feast in the iconic Leopard Lounge. Starters include a Fall Harvest Squash Soup or Bea’s Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup, an Arugula Salad with Poached Pears, Butternut Squash, Candied Pumpkin Seeds, a choice of entrees such as slow-roasted turkey, prime rib or pan-seared salmon, and for dessert a choice of Pumpkin Pie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream or Pecan Bourbon Pie with Salted Caramel Ice Cream
On Christmas Eve, the hotel has its special Leopard Lounge dinner consisting of appetizers such as Acorn Squash Soup with Spiced Pumpkin Seeds, Burrata Salad, Crab Cake, Arugula salad. Entrees include Traditional Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Minted Petits Pois, Braised Red Cabbage, Pan Gravy, a Beef Filet Au Poivre with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Asparagus, Crispy Shallots, Brandy Au Poivre and a Grilled Wild Atlantic Salmon. End the delicious meal with Sticky Toffee Date Cake and a salted caramel sundae
On Christmas Day, there is another special menu for guests with appetizers such as Butternut Squash Soup with Hazelnut Cream, and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. For the main course, you can enjoy Grilled Australian Lamb Chops, Maple Glazed Christmas Carvery Ham with Creamed Spinach, Herb Roasted Carrots, Oven Baked New Potatoes, or Prime Rib of Beef. You can’t have a tradition Christmas meal without Chesterfield Christmas Pudding, Apple Cobbler or a Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee for dessert!
